Marcia Tivadar Anthony, age 68, of Stratford, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2025, at Yale New Haven Hospital.

Marcia was born in Bridgeport on October 6, 1956, to the late Anthony and Veronica (Burke) Tivadar and had been a lifelong area resident. She was a retired Registered Nurse for Yale New Haven Children's Hospital.

Survivors include her devoted daughter, Katelen Telesha (Jimmy Goncalves), cherished grandsons, Mickey and Jackson, brother, Joseph Tivadar, sister, Cheryl Mercure, brother-in-law, Kevin Brown, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Marcia was pre-deceased by her beloved son, Sean Telesha and sister, Linda Brown.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, September 9, 2025, at 10:30 a.m. meeting directly at St. Mark Church 500 Wigwam Lane Stratford. Interment will be private. Friends may greet Marcia's family on Monday, September 8th from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford.
