William C. "Willie" Maverley, age 18 of Stratford passed away suddenly on Friday November 27, 2009. Will, a 2009 graduate of Bunnell High School was born in New London, Connecticut and has been a long time area resident. He was employed by Pier One Imports of Milford. Survivors include his beloved parents William Maverley of Stratford and Rita Collins Maverley and her partner Adrian of Ireland, brother Joseph and sister Sarah, 1 uncle Tim Maverley and 1 aunt Isabella Maverley both of Ireland and several cousins and friends. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday December 3rd at 10 a.m. in St. Mark Church 500 Wigwam Lane Stratford. Interment will be private. Friends may call on Wednesday from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations to Bunnell High School in Will's Memory.
