Wayne Richard Palmer, age 74 of Stratford, CT passed away January 2, 2026. He was the husband of Marie Osos Palmer. Wayne was born on May 7, 1951, raised in Bridgeport, CT to his parents, the late Edward J. Palmer Sr. and Gertrude Murphy Palmer Quigley. He was predeceased by stepfather James W. Quigley, Jr.

Wayne graduated from Warren Harding High School in 1969, Housatonic College, and Sacred Heart University. Retiring in 2020, Wayne enjoyed gardening, golf, watching sports and trivia.

Wayne is also survived by his children, Jessica Palmer and Sean Palmer and his sister, Shauna Quigley-Blaze and several nieces and nephews.

Funeral arrangements are private and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home- Stratford.
