Virginia M Chamberlain, age 87 of Monroe, the widow of Wilbert P Chamberlain died Friday, August 31, 2007 in Lord Chamberlain Health Care Center. Born in Boston, MA to the late John and Edith Cunningham Donaldson, she has been a lifelong CT resident living in Easton for 25 years and Monroe for the last 25 years. Virginia was retired from the GE Co where she worked in the dining room. Survivors include 4 devoted daughters; Gail Hass and her husband Bruce of Shelton, Laurie Brown of Hilton Head, SC, Tina Walsh and her husband Bill of Stratford and Lynn Agvent and her husband Frank of Milford; 11 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her husband she was predeceased by a son William Chamberlain. Friends may greet the family on Tuesday, September 4, 2007 from 4-8 pm in the Adzima Funeral home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. Prayer services will take place at 7:30 pm. Interment will take place on Thursday, September 6, 2007 at 11:00 am in MT Grove Cemetery of Easton.
