Virginia Ann Botta, age 79, of Stratford, the beloved wife of Richard E. Botta, passed away on Tuesday, February 13, 2018 in Milford Health Care Center. Virginia, who retired from the City of Bridgeport Board of Education was born in New York, NY to the late John and Mary (Biccochi) Pioli. Survivors include her beloved husband of 57 years, Richard E. Botta, her devoted daughters, Lisa M. Dolgos and her husband Peter of Crestwood, NY, Christina T. Botta of Bridgeport and Carolyn A. Courbron and her husband Richard of Stratford, 7 cherished grandchildren, Emma M. Dolgos, Christian P. Dolgos, Abigail M. Dolgos, Patrick J. Dolgos, Carter A. Courbron, Amelia R. Courbron and Lilly C. Courbron, a sister Mary Lou Reynolds of Whitestone, NY. Funeral Services will take place on Monday, February 19, 2018 at 9:15 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10:00 a.m. in St Mark Church 500 Wigwam Lane Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private.
