Thomas John Seres, age 65, of Stratford, beloved husband of Debra Lee Seres, passed away on July,15, 2024, surrounded by his loving family. Tommy was born in Bridgeport on January 5, 1959, to the late Albert and Margaret Seres.

Growing up in Fairfield, he attended Andrew Warde H.S. and immediately began his 43 year career with the U.S. Postal Service. Tom was a hard worker who always held a few side jobs throughout his life, he was the best handyman and could fix anything. He never once complained about work. He was a lifelong Yankee fan and Jets fan. He loved vacationing at the beach, going to events and festivals, and enjoying happy hour with Debbie. But his favorite thing of all was being with his family who he cherished.

Tom will be greatly missed by his devoted wife of 38 years and his children, Kaitlin Lena and her husband Mat of Stratford, Chelsea Deskin and her husband Tim of Branford and granddaughter, Callie Rae. Survivors also include a sister, Sandy Seres of Stratford, brothers, Richard (Barbara) Seres of Costa Rica, Jeffrey Seres of New Mexico, sister-in-law Cheryl Buzgo of Virginia, sister and brother-in-law Cindy and Tom Kaplan of Stratford and several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends may greet the family on Thursday, July 18, 2024, from 4-7PM  in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. Interment will be private.
