Thomas G. Moycik, age 91, of Stratford, beloved husband of Pauline Galya Moycik, passed away on May 24, 2025, in his home. Tom was born in Bridgeport on May 29, 1933, to the late George and Mary (Gaydos) Moycik, and had been a lifelong area resident. He was the proprietor of Family Mechanical Inc., prior to his retirement.

My sweetheart Tom was a wonderful husband and father to our children. He also had a great love for all his grandchildren and greatgrandchildren. He had a great sense of humor, and a strong belief in God his creator. Beside being a master plumber, he had many other interests, sailing, boat building, painting, woodworking, and clock building. He loved playing chess, fixing and building cars and a score of many other activities. Tom was very proud of his 67 years with the Plumbers & Pipefitters Local 777. He had a great love of life and appreciated the years God gave him. Tom cherished his FRESH RYE BREAD. Tom will be greatly missed by his loving wife and his family.

Survivors in addition to his beloved wife of 66 years include his devoted children, Katherine Bajda and her husband John of Stratford, Thomas Moycik and his wife Marisol of Woodbridge. Mary Moycik and her husband Alan Caplan of California, Matthew Moycik and his wife Tita, and Pauline Moycik all of Derby, 11 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, 1 great-great-grandchild and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Tom was pre-deceased by his brother, Frank.

Visitation Monday, June 2nd from 8:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford.; followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Mark Church, Stratford. Inurnment will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery, Stratford.
