Thomas P. Figlar, age 76, of Bridgeport, beloved husband of Rose Ann Kasmer Figlar, passed away on December 27, 2020 at Shady Knolls Health Center, Seymour.

Tom was born in Bridgeport on April 10, 1944 to the late Paul and Mary (Kepchar) Figlar and had been a lifelong area resident. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Viet Nam era and retired from the PEZ Candy Company, where he worked for over twenty years as machine technician. To say that Tom loved working for PEZ would be an understatement, he enjoyed every day at work.

Survivors in addition to his beloved wife of 53 years, include his devoted children, Deborah Rodrigues of Bridgeport, and Thomas P. Figlar II and his wife Alyssa of Hamden, 4 cherished grandchildren, John Licitra, and Ella, Grayson, and Evan Figlar, and several nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home – Stratford.
