Theresa Tougas Bogdwicz, age 81 of Stratford, widow of Joseph Bogdwicz passed away on Sunday, May 11, 2008 in the Carolton Chronic Health Care Center in Fairfield. Mrs. Bogdwicz was born in Rhode Island to the late Chrislogue and Elodie Labbee Tougas, and has been a lifelong Stratford resident. She was retired from Dresser Industries. She is survived by 5 daughters Janice Biesadecki and her husband William of Ansonia, Diane Christiano and her husband Frank of Monroe, Sharon Santora of Shelton, Laurell Barr and her husband Michael of Stratford and Gail DeCilio and her husband Louis of Stratford; a son Joseph Bogdwicz and his wife Debbie of Stratford; 12 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren; a sister Jeanette DeNomme of Naugatuck and a brother Gerald Tougas of Warwick, NY; and several nieces a nephews. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, May 14, 2008 at 9:15 am in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10:00 am in Holy Name of Jesus Church Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in St. Michael's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-7 pm
