Teresa Chmielewski, age 74, of Stratford, beloved wife of Wieslaw Chmielewski, passed away on November 14, 2024.

Teresa was born in Poland on October 19, 1950, to the late Boleslaw and Agata (Bytner) Zejer and had been a longtime area resident. She retired from Pitney Bowes.

Survivors in addition to her beloved husband include her sisters, Irena Rybicka and Krystyna Kanicki, nephew, Wojtek Kanicki, niece, Katarzyna Badillo, brothers-in-law, Jozef Chmielewski and his wife Halina, and Ryzard Chmielewski and his wife Wieslawa, and several other nieces and nephews.

Visitation on Tuesday, November 19, 2024, from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Wednesday, November 20, 2024, at 10:00 a.m. meeting directly at St Michael the Archangel Church, 310 Pulaski Street Bridgeport. Interment will be in St John's Cemetery, Stratford.
