Suzanne Sally
Blade
June 26, 1939 – June 28, 2021
Suzanne Sally Blade, age 82, of Bridgeport, passed away peacefully with her family by her side on June 28, 2021.
Suzanne worked for Pizza Time for many years and retired from Smergalino's Catering. She will always be remembered by her family for her extremely large and giving heart. She was always giving something that she purchased from QVC. Her favorite pastime was shopping on QVC and messaging or calling her closest family and friends on Facebook. She was happiest cooking, being able to make 30 lasagnas in 20 minutes, crocheting for her loved ones, crafting and making beautiful wreaths, you would always find her with flyers and coupons catching all the early bird specials at Expect Discount, Christmas Tree Shop, Kohls, Kmart, and many other shopping stores, her famous on the way home stop would be to Wendy's for her junior bacon cheeseburger with onions. The queen of her spicy bloody marys "don't forget the celery" for all special occasions. She loved watching movies and would borrow DVDs from everyone's collection. She loved and cared for everyone, never holding any grudges. She had a heart of gold, and her best days and happiest moments were always spent surrounded by her family and friends. Her strength and will power to push through as well as her love for life was remarkable.
