Steven Paul Lewkowicz, age 43, of Stratford, passed peacefully after a brief illness surrounded by family on June 6, 2024, in Bridgeport Hospital.

Steven was a lifelong Stratford resident born in Bridgeport on March 30, 1981, to Margaret Ribnicky Lewkowicz and the late Stephan Lewkowicz. He has worked for Lockheed Martin and Sikorsky for the past 20 years as a manager for the IT department.

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his partner of 18 years, Robert Steven Reeser, his sisters, Suzanne Spinelli and her husband Earl of Southbury and Christine Pereira and her husband Thomas of Washington State, his uncle, Paul Ribnicky, his aunt, Nancy Tomlinson and her husband Charlie all of Stratford, his Aunt Arlene, several nieces, nephews, cousins and one great niece.

Steven loved photography, hiking, and especially cooking. He also loved conversations with Peanut, his very vocal 20-year-old Parrot. Steven was an avid animal lover, especially his dog Rugby, which he has now joined. In place of flowers, please donate to an Animal Rescue of your choice.
