Roseann T. Zrelak Reiner, passed from this earthly life on August 23, 2014. She was the beloved wife of sixty years to Ernest Reiner, and will be greatly missed. Roseann, nicknamed "Lucky", a peaceful soul enjoyed simple pleasures in life; things to make her laugh, sharing gardening with her husband, special trips to visit family and wonderful family gatherings throughout the years. She has been a model to us all by her frugality and sensibility. Beloved mother of: Linda Scanlon, David Reiner, Joyce Carr and her husband Bob, and Nancy Reiner and Michael Riganese. She especially enjoyed visiting with her grandchildren, Shannon Scanlon, David Reiner, Christopher Scanlon, and Daniel Reiner, and will be missed by all. Roseann, one of nine children is also survived by her sister, Margaret Yurcisin, and brother, George Zrelak, along with many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Wednesday, August 27th at 8:45 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, and at 10 a.m. in St. Jude RC Church, Monroe for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be private. Friends may call on Tuesday from 4-7 p.m. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make a donation to a charity of choice in memory of Roseann.
