Robert J. Figlar, age 78, of Stratford, beloved husband of Judith Magdon Figlar, passed away on March 23,2025.

Bob was born in Bridgeport on July 29, 1946, to the late John and Margaret (Dziesinski) Figlar and had been a lifelong area resident. He was a graduate of Bullard Havens Technical High School and was a U.S. Army veteran of the Viet Nam era. Bob was retired from Sikorsky Aircraft.

Survivors in addition to his beloved wife include his brother, Raymond Figlar, brother-in-law, Joseph Magdon, nieces and nephews, Raymond (Pam) Figlar Jr., Heather Figlar (Aaron), Charles (Nancy) Figlar Jr., Melissa Magdon, Christine (Jeff) Watts, and Joseph (Jennifer) Magdon, and several great-nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, Bob was pre-deceased by his brother, Charles and his wife Peggy, sisters-in-law, Donna Figlar and Toni Magdon.

Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home.
