Robert L. Annan Sr., age 80, of Bridgeport, beloved husband of the late Margaret Sinkovec Annan, passed away on December 13, 2023, in his home. Bob was born in Norwalk on November 7, 1943, to the late Eugene and Mary (Ruff) Annan and had been a longtime area resident. He was a U.S. Army veteran of the Viet Nam War. Bob retired from Conway Trucking Company and was a member of the Teamsters Union Local #191. Survivors include his devoted children, Sabrina Colville and her husband Thomas of Shelton, and David Annan and his wife Natalie of Bridgeport, 7 cherished grandchildren, Christian, Aiden, Julian, and Keegan Colville, and Nazcier, Nevaeh, and Heaven Annan, a sister, Arlene Secor, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his beloved wife and parents, Bob was pre-deceased by his son, Bobby.

Visitation will be on Monday, December 18, 2023, from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Thursday, December 21, 2023 at 10 am in St. Jude Church 707 Monroe Turnpike, Monroe. Inurnment with full military honors will follow in St. Michael's Cemetery Stratford.
