Richard P. Janeczek, age 55 of Trumbull passed away on Sunday March 23, 2008 in St. Vincent's Medical Center Bridgeport. Richard, a manager for Target in Trumbull was born in Bridgeport to the late Walter and Helen (Frantz) Janeczek and has been a life long area resident. He graduated from St. Joseph's High School and University of Bridgeport. Richard was an avid golfer and was a member of Tashua Golf Course. Survivors include his beloved daughters Ailene and Corinne both of Norwalk, his brother Walter Janeczek and his wife Terry of Long Branch, NJ and his sister Joan Lagno and her husband Robert of Watertown, nieces and nephews Eric and Kristen Janeczek and Julie and Robert Lagno. Funeral services will take place on Friday March 28th at 9 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10 a.m. in St. Catherine of Siena Church Nichols for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery Trumbull. Friends may call on Thursday from 4-7 p.m.
