Raymond T. Zimmermann, age 78 of Stratford passed away on Monday March 31, 2008 in Lord Chamberlain Health Care Center Stratford. Mr. Zimmermann, a U.S. Army Veteran of the Korean War was born in Jersey City, New Jersey to the late Louis and Mary (Harty) Zimmerman and had attended Seton Hall University. He was a retired Program Administrator for I.B.M Corporation. He is survived by his beloved wife of 53 years Dorothy Kucks Zimmermann, his devoted children Brien Zimmermann and his wife Debbie of Dover Plains, NY, and Karen Heiber and her husband Sergio of Canton, his cherished grandchildren Max and Noah Heiber and Alex Zimmermann, a sister Theresa Morvick of Lodi, NJ and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Friday April 4th at 10:00 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 11 a.m. in St. Margaret-Mary Church Shelton for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery Trumbull.
