Obituary

Bianchi – Raymond Albert Bianchi age 80 of Stratford, husband of Antionette Bongarzone Bianchi, passed away on Sunday December 3, 2006 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born in Atlas PA, he was the son of the late Antionio and Edith Santilli Bianchi and a long time Stratford resident. Raymond retired from Remington Arms as a tool setter and was also employed for over twenty years at the P J Murphy Moving Co. Raymond was a veteran of the U. S. Army and served in Korean Conflict and was a member of the Frank C Godfrey Post #12 American Legion in Norwalk. In addition to his wife he is survived by a daughter Maryann of Milford, a son Raymond and his wife Laurie, of Stratford and three grandchildren, Anthony, Christina and Nicholas, two sisters, Barbara Troyan and Esther Beaver of PA. Three brothers, Gino, Anthony and Pauldo and one sister Alma Belltiere, predeceased Raymond. Funeral services will be Wednesday, December 6 at 9:45 am in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Pl, Stratford and 10:30 in St. James Roman Catholic Church for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with full military honors will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery in Trumbull. Friends are invited to call on Tuesday from 4 – 8 pm.
