Obituary

Patrick Thomas Ambrose, age 41, of Shelton, formerly of Stratford, passed away suddenly on September 17, 2017 in his home. Pat was born in Bridgeport on September 27, 1975 beloved son of Jerry and Margaret (Petrino) Ambrose of Shelton. He was a graduate of Stratford High School and Southern Connecticut State University. Pat was an avid car salesman and overall car enthusiast. Pat was most famous for being the life of the party and bringing laughter and smiles to everyone around him. His story telling will never be forgotten! He loved nothing more than spending time with his beloved family, especially his daughter. Survivors in addition to his parents, include his beloved daughter, Ellie Ambrose and her mother Rita Ambrose of Stratford, his siblings, Gerald Ambrose and his wife Kimberly and their children Gerald Jr. and Ashley of Ansonia, Susan Beatty and her husband Kenneth of Stratford, Joseph Ambrose and his wife Jacquie, and their children Victoria and Joseph Jr. of Stratford, and Michelle Goncalves of Shelton, and her children Jerry and Brandon Goncalves, and many aunts, uncles and cousins. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, September 21 st at 11 a.m. meeting directly at Our Lady of Grace Church, 498 Second Hill Lane, Stratford. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Monroe. Friends may greet his family on Wednesday, September 20 th from 4 –8 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Pl. Stratford. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations in memory of Pat to the Ellie Ambrose Education Fund.
