Patricia Scaglione, age 68, of Ansonia, the beloved widow of Domenick M Scaglione Jr., passed away on Sunday, September 10, 2023 in her home, after a courageous battle with cancer. Patty was born in Bridgeport on February 20, 1955 to Margherita (Merola) Sullivan of Fairfield and the late William H. Sullivan and has been a lifelong area resident before moving to Ansonia. Patty was a food preparer in the food industry for many years. Survivors in addition to her mother include her loving children, Michael Scaglione of Ansonia, Laura Scaglione and her husband Dave Pirozzoli of Seymour, her devoted sisters, Carolyn McLaughlin and Barbara Sullivan of Fairfield, her cherished grandchildren, Dylan and Gianna, her sister-in-law, Maria Nutolo of Stratford, nephews, Kevin McLaughlin and his wife Erin of Shrewsbury, MA and Mark Nutolo of Stratford, nieces, Kerry Tolisano and her husband Jason of Fairfield, Kate McLaughlin of Shelton and Christine Nutolo of Stratford, several great nieces and nephews. Friends may greet the family on Wednesday, September 20, 2023 from 10-11:45 in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 paradise Green Place Stratford with a prayer service at 11:45. Inurnment will be in St. Michaels Cemetery Stratford.
