Norman E. Hunt Jr. age 67 and his beloved wife Joyce Hunt age 72 of Norwalk passed away suddenly on October 21, 2008 in their home. Norman was born in Hartford, Connecticut to the late Norman and Mary Hunt, and was a U.S. Air Force Veteran, and an avid NASCAR fan, and Joyce was born in Lime Hall St. Ann, Jamaica to the late James and Edith Dixon and both had been long time Norwalk residents. They were the Proprietors of HMS Service. Survivors include their beloved children Mark and Delores Hunt of Stratford, Mortimer Hylton of Arizona, Donna and Jose Caraballo of Stratford, Christopher and Patricia Hunt of Florida, Lance and Faith Hunt of Stratford and Shawn and Jeanely Hunt of New Haven, 11 cherished grandchildren James, Sonia, Maeghan, Bryan, Shante, Angela, Jessica, Amanda, Lance (LJ), Morgan and Jordan, 8 great-grandchildren Xavier, David (DJ), Casius, Alicia, Samantha, James Jr., Avery and Tajah, brothers and sisters Robin and Wayne Wheeler of Danbury, Carol Payne of West Haven, Dawn Hunt and Lawrence Walkin of Virginia, Peter Hunt and Karen Heath of Massachusetts, John ( Max) and Liona Dixon of Florida, Jack and Paulette Dixon of Bridgeport and Geri and Roy Fox of Florida and 84 special nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews. Norman was pre-deceased by a brother George Hunt and Joyce was pre-deceased by a brother Harry Dixon. A Memorial Service will be celebrated on Saturday October 25, 2008 at 12 noon in the Unitarian Church of Westport 10 Lyons Plains Road Westport. Interment will be private. At the family's request calling hours have been omitted. In lieu of flowers Norman and Joyce's children request that you please tell your family that you Love them!
