Nancy K. Savisky, age 88, of Milford, beloved wife of the late William M. Savisky Sr., passed away peacefully in her home on January 3, 2024.

Nancy was born in Bridgeport on March 6, 1935, to the late Michael and Mary (Jankura) Kasper and had been a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Stratford High School, class of 1953 and received her RN from Bridgeport Hospital School of Nursing. Nancy retired from Bridgeport Hospital where she was a pediatric nurse. Nancy was an active member of Holy Ghost Russian Orthodox Church, Bridgeport where she served as a Myrrh Bearer for many years. She was an avid Yankee fan, loved to read and work on crossword puzzles, often calling her sisters to compare answers.

Survivors include her devoted sons, William Savisky Jr. of Milford, Christopher Savisky of Shelton, and Timothy Savisky and his wife Jody of Milford, cherished grandchildren, Melissa Savisky, Stephanie (Matt) Varricchio, Shannon (Dan) Tamburro, Jason (Francia) Savisky, and Jacob Savisky, beloved "Gigi" to her great-grandson, Carter, sisters, Dorothy Kopko and Melania (Edward) Moyher, and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be on Monday, January 8th from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, CT. Panikhida at 4:30 p.m.

A Requiem Funeral Service will be celebrated on Tuesday at 10 a.m. meeting directly at Holy Ghost Russian Orthodox Church 1510 East Main Street Bridgeport, CT. Interment will follow in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport CT.
