Michael Eliot Gilly, age 69, of Trumbull, the beloved husband of Patricia Kraynak Gilly, passed away on Wednesday, November 16, 2016 in Bridgeport Hospital.  Born in Bridgeport to the late Terrence and Muriel (Pyms) Gilly, he has been a lifelong area resident. Michael was a retired Manufacturing Manager and Salesperson, having earned an MBA at Sacred Heart University, and was a Veteran of the United States Army serving in Germany during the Viet Nam War. In his latter years, he continued cultivating his yearly garden while caring for his wife and unique cat. Survivors in addition to his wife of 47 years include his cherished children, Deren Gilly of Los Angeles, CA and Dana Gilly of Queens, NY, his twin sister, Muriel Flynn of NC, brother-in-law, John Kraynak, and two nieces. A celebration of Michael's life will take place on Monday, November 28, 2016 from 5-7 PM in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford. Prayers will be at 6:30 PM.
