Michael F. Dunn, age 70, of Seymour, beloved husband of the late Stephanie A. (Demovick) Dunn, passed away on April 7, 2026, in Griffin Hospital. Mike was born in Norwalk on August 10, 1955, to the late Donald and Virginia (Sisk) Dunn and had been a lifelong area resident. 

He was a graduate of Wilton High School class of 1974 and studied at the Culinary Institute of America for a year. Mike worked at many restaurants throughout his career including, Brock's Restaurant, Rolling Hills Country Club, Silvermine Tavern and Chucks Steak House, where he retired from. He also had his own Landscaping and Tree Removal business for several years. He was an avid coin collector and enjoyed listening to music on his collection of stereo equipment. 

Survivors include his siblings, Kevin (Lynn) Dunn, Timothy (Karen) Dunn, Therese (John) DiCenzo, and Debi Dunn, several nieces and nephews, and great-nieces. In addition to his beloved wife and parents, Mike was pre-deceased by his brother, Donald Dunn Jr. 

Friends and family are invited to gather on Tuesday, April 14th from 9:30-10:30 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford, followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:00 am in Holy Name of Jesus Church, Stratford. Interment will be held in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, Trumbull.
