Mary Szymborski, age 82 of Milford, beloved wife of John Szymborski for 64 years passed away on Thursday, July 26, 2007 in Milford Hospital. She was born on May 29, 1925 in Bridgeport to the late Michael and Anna Piletsky. In addition to her husband she is survived by her daughter Mary Ann Rasch of North Haven, sisters Julia Comcowich of Higganum, Helen Szymborski and her husband Anthony of Milford and Ann Boyd and her husband David of Southbury, five grandchildren Kevin Rasch of West Hartford, Kathy Rasch, Kelly Rasch and Kerry Rasch and Jay Amodio all of North Haven and Several nieces and nephews. Her brother George Piletsky formerly of Wallingford predeceases her. She was employed as a head teller at the Connecticut National Bank, Milford before her retirement and she served as the Treasurer of Club C at the Milford Senior Center. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, July 31, 2007 at 9:15 am in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 10:00 am in St. John's Church Mill Hill Ave, Bridgeport with a Requiem Funeral Service. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Monday from 4-7 pm. Panichida services will be at 4:30.
