Mary Ann Spak, age 90, of Seymour, passed away on March 1, 2021 in St. Vincent's Medical Center, Bridgeport.

Mary was born in Bridgeport on August 28, 1930 to the late Michael and Terezia (Pohorilyak) Spak and had been a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Harding High School and was retired from the City of Bridgeport Town Clerks Office. Mary was an active member of the Carpatho Russian Orthodox Church of St. John the Baptist in Bridgeport.

Survivors include her beloved sister, Mildred Spak of Seymour, nephew, Richard Karle and his wife Regina of Georgia, and niece, Lynn Beck of Kentucky, 4 great-nieces, 2 great-great nieces and 2 great-great nephews. In addition to her parents, Mary was pre-deceased by her sister, Anna Karle and her husband Richard.

Funeral services will take place on Thursday March 4 ^th at 11 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. Interment will follow in St. John's Cemetery, Stratford. Everyone in attendance must wear a mask and practice social distancing.
