Mary C. Rozycki Pirhalla, age 91, of Trumbull, widow of George Pirhalla, passed away on Friday January 13, 2012 in Maefair Health Center, Trumbull. Mrs. Pirhalla, a retired employee of Valve Corporation of America, was born in Ashley, Pennsylvania to the late Frank and Frances (Koziel) Rozycki, and has been a long time area resident. She was an avid Bingo player, and was affectionately known as the "Bingo Queen". Survivors include her devoted children Judith Falcon and her husband Julio, of Trumbull, and Jeffrey Pirhalla, of Las Vegas, NV, her cherished granddaughters Jennifer and Jessica Falcon, of Trumbull, 3 sisters Helen Matulewicz, of PA, Wanda Tschudy, and Jennie Dacuk, both of NJ, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday January 17th at 10 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, at 10:30 am in the Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Greek Catholic Church of St. John the Baptist Church, 364 Mill Hill Ave, Bridgeport for a Requiem Funeral Service officiated by the V. Rev Protopresbyter David Cochran. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Monroe.
