Mark T. Centopanti, age 59, of Stratford, beloved husband of Wilma Morales Centopanti, passed away suddenly on May 20, 2026, in his home. Mark was born in Bridgeport on May 11, 1967, to Anthony Centopanti and the late Judy Ann Krafick Centopanti, and had been a lifelong area resident. He was a graduate of Andrew Warde High School, Fairfield, class of 1985 and was employed as an HVAC sheet-metal mechanic for ADJ of Stamford. Mark was a volunteer for 15 years for the Bunnell-Stratford Marching Band and Colorguard fall and winter programs, loading and driving equipment, and enjoyed riding his motorcycle in charity rides, such as The CT United Ride, in tribute to 9/11, and The Dream Ride, supporting, The Hometown Foundation, Inc. He was also a lover of fishing, playing softball, hiking, and kayaking, and was a lifelong fan of the New York Yankees and Dallas Cowboys. He enjoyed spending time with his dogs and cat, going to concerts, watching (and knowing all the answers to) Jeopardy!, and taking his grandson to LEGOLAND and hockey games.
Survivors in addition to his father and beloved wife of 31 years, include his cherished daughters, Alicia (Tom) of Wallingford, and Victoria of Shelton, adored grandson, Elroy, brothers, Anthony (Martha) and Thomas, sister, Patricia Fisher (George) and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to The Hometown Foundation, Inc. or Boys & Girls Club of the Lower Naugatuck Valley.
Visitation on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. All other services are private.
