Margaret R. Miller, age 84, formerly of Glendale, New York, beloved wife of the late Roy Miller, passed away on February 11, 2021 at Newtown Rehabilitation and Health Care Center.

Margaret was born in Brooklyn, New York on December 21, 1936 to the late James and Rosanna (McCaffery) Sweeney and had been a lifelong New York resident. She was a retired sales associate for J.C. Penny Department Store.

Survivors include her devoted children, Kevin Miller and his wife Catherine of Naugatuck, CT, Noreen Pantazis and her husband John of Stratford, CT, Elaine Neretich and her husband Gregg of Naugatuck, CT and Ellen Schmidt and her husband Michael of Stratford, CT, 11 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Thursday, February 18 ^th at 10:30 a.m. meeting directly at St. James Church 2070 Main Street Stratford. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery, Monroe. Everyone in attendance must follow the COVID 19 guidelines and wear a mask and practice social distancing.
