Marcy Whitehead- Lepesko, age 63, of Milford, beloved wife of David Lepesko, passed away on August 6, 2022, in Bridgeport Hospital, after a short illness, with her family by her side.

Marcy grew up in Middletown CT, daughter of the late Nancy (Barry) and Alton Whitehead. A graduate of Mercy High School (1977) and earning a BS in Special Education from Southern Connecticut State College, she loved teaching children, especially troubled youth before her retirement. Marcy loved to have a good time, enjoying concerts and the occasional trip to the casino. Arranging beautiful flower bouquets from her garden, knitting scarfs, vacations to Lake George and playing cards with husband David, were the simple things she enjoyed. Marcy had a new love in her life this past year, her grandson Bradley, who she showered with kisses and love everyday.

In addition to her beloved husband of 38 years, she will be deeply missed by her children, Gabrielle Deosingh and her husband Nicholas of Milford, Brendon Lepesko of Milford, sisters, Wendy Pramuka and Dennie Neily of Cromwell, Linda Gawlak and her husband Matthew of Middlefield, brother-in-law, James Lepesko and his wife Sue of Stratford, and several nieces and nephews.

Friends and family may visit on Thursday, August 11th from 4-7 p.m. at the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. A prayer service will take place at 6:30 p.m. All other services will be private.
