Madeline Ruemmele, age 57, of East Hartford, a Certified Nurses Assistant with Safe Places, passed away on Tuesday, October 18, 2022 in Worchester, MA. She was born in Caguas Puerto Rico on March 12, 1965 to the late Marcos and Andrea (Cruz) Ortiz. She will be remembered for her love of life. For her sociable nature and ability to make a friend everywhere she went. Her passion for helping others in need and opening her home to them if need be. She truly was one of a kind and was a devoted mother and grandmother. Survivors include her devoted children, Frank Ruemmele III and his companion Jazmine Grajalez of Ansonia and Victoria Ruemmele Mathieu and her husband Alan of Woodbridge, her cherished grandchildren, Frank Ruemmele IV and Jalyla Rivera, brothers, Rafael Ortiz, Carlos Ortiz and Danny Melendez, a sister, Maria Ortiz and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Madeline was predeceased by her brothers, Marcos Ortiz Jr and Raymond Cruz.
