Luba Tirella, age 85, of Shelton, beloved wife of the late Orazio J. "Russ" Tirella , passed away peacefully on Sunday, November 15, 2020 at her son's home in Gilbert, Arizona. Luba was born in New York City on November 20, 1934 to the late Cyprian and Pazia (Stefaniw) Stasiuk and had been a long time area resident. She was a retired bookkeeper for Santa Fuel Company for many years. Survivors include her devoted sons, Steven Tirella of Shelton, and Michael Tirella and his wife Beth of Arizona, 7 cherished grandchildren, Michael, Caitlyn, Nicholas, Nadia, Ben, David, and Matthew, and several nieces and nephews. Luba was pre-deceased by her beloved sister, Nadia Havens of Queens, NY. Funeral Services and interment at Mt. Olivet Cemetery, Maspeth, NY will be private and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home- Stratford.
