Loretta W. Carroll, age 86 of Stratford, passed away on Thursday, December 9, 2021 in the Jewish Home for the Elderly. She was born in Hartford to the late Albert and Isabel (Bean) Wilder and has been a long-time resident of Stratford. Loretta was predeceased by her first husband, Richard Rioux, her second husband, Don M .Carroll and her daughter, Cheryl Rioux. Survivors include her children, Michael Carroll and his wife Cindy, Beth Zapperoli, Debra Scheck and her husband William and Scott Carroll and his wife Karen, 8 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren and her sister, Natalie Hill,. Burial is private and entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford.
