Linda Anna Rounds, age 67 of Stratford, died on Thursday, June 12, 2008 in Bridgeport Hospital surrounded by her family. Born in Bridgeport to the late Abel and Jean DeClemente Ferreira, she has been a lifelong area resident. Linda was retired from the Connecticut Post where she was a Graphic Artist. Survivors include her beloved children: Gregory Rounds of Dallas, TX, Christopher Rounds and his wife Jaclyn of Stratford, Sandra Ellison of Norton, MA and Karen Piscane and her husband Paul of Shelton; her cherished grandchildren Todd and Nicole Ellison; Paul Jr. and Jamie Piscane; 2 brothers Nicholas Ferreira of Shelton and Abel Ferreira of FLA; a sister Rose Sheridan of Milford and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will take place on Monday, June 16, 2008 at 10:30 am in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford with Monsignor William Schultz officiating. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may greet the family on Sunday from 2-4 pm.
