Linda Ann Nobitz, age 77, of West Haven, the beloved wife of 55 years to Charles R. Nobitz, passed away on Friday, March 13, 2026, at home. Born in Bridgeport on June 1, 1948, daughter of the late Charles R. and Helen (Grosner) Platko, Linda has been a long-time area resident. She was an education assistant at St. Vincent’s Special Needs Program for over 30 years.

Survivors include her husband, Chuck, a sister, Kathleen Breeding and her husband Daniel of Chantilly, VA, brother-in-law Robert Nobitz, sister-in-law Helen Zdrodwski, several cousins, nieces, nephews and her beloved dog Tiffany. Linda was also a devoted and loving guardian to Christopher Morgan.

Friends may greet the family on Thursday, March 19th from 4-7 pm in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. A mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Friday March 20th at 10 am at Holy Name of Jesus Church Stratford. Interment will follow in St. John’s Cemetery Stratford.
