Obituary

– Lewis Dvorsky, age 85, of North Fort Myers, Florida, passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2005 in Hope Hospice, Coral Gables, Florida. Mr. Dvorsky, a WW # II Veteran of the U.S. Army was born in Bridgeport to the late William and Pauline Adamec Dvorsky, he was a resident of Florida for 34 years and prior to that he lived in the greater Bridgeport area. He was the former proprietor of Royal Jewelers in Bridgeport, Norwalk Jewely and Loan Company of South Norwalk and the Fort Myers Jewelers. He was a life-time member of the Slovak-Catholic Sokols and the V.F.W. He was the widower of Stella Shemet Dvorsky and was pre-deceased by his son Lawrence E. Dvorsky in addition to his parents, his brother Anthony Dvorsky and a sister Mary Barker. Survivors include his beloved daughter Sandra Fedorko and her husband John of El Paso, Texas; grandchildren Tanya Rogus and her husband Rich; Jeffrey Fedorko and his wife Liv, Lawrence Dvorsky and his wife Catherine, Christopher Maillet, Brian Fedorko and his wife Megan, Jill Maillet and Tambrey Hall and her husband Seth; six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held on Friday at 10:15 A.M. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford and at 11:00 A.M. in Sts Cyril And Methodius Church with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Lakeview Cemetery, Bridgeport. Friends may call on Thursday from 3-5 and 7-9 P.M. The family requests in lieu of flowers donations in his memory be made to Hope Hospice House, 2430 Diplomat Parkway, Cape Coral, Florida.
