Lawrence Kosh, of Bethany Connecticut (formerly of Trumbull), passed away peacefully on December 25, 2025, at the age of 95 surrounded by his family.
Born on October 3, 1930, in Trumbull, Connecticut, Lawrence was the beloved son of the late Nicholas and Katherine Kosh. He was predeceased by his sister, Margaret, and his brother, Joseph.
Survivors include his devoted wife of 58 years, Elaine Kozulko Kosh; his loving children, Michael Kosh and Patricia Kosh of Bethany, Connecticut, and Mark Kosh and former daughter-in-law, Sandy Kosh of Milford, Connecticut; and his cherished grandchildren, Grace Kosh, Olivea Kosh, and Kyle Kosh. He is also survived by several of his nieces and nephews.
Lawrence was a proud graduate of Warren Harding High School, Class of 1949. A hardworking and dedicated provider, he was the owner and operator of Shelton Road Dairy in Nichols, Connecticut. He later worked for Sikorsky Aircraft for 14 years, where he remained until his retirement.
In his free time, Lawrence found great joy in gardening and took pride in caring for his yard. He was also a loyal sports fan, faithfully following the New York Yankees and UConn men’s and women’s basketball teams.
Lawrence will be remembered for his strong work ethic, quiet generosity, and deep love for his family.
Funeral services are private and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home- Stratford.
