Laura M. Price, age 92, of Stratford, beloved wife of the late William J. Price passed away on January 10, 2024. Laura was born in Bridgeport on March 8, 1931, to the late Hector and Mary (Durant) Fortin and had been a lifelong area resident. She was a graduate of Bullard Havens Technical High School and retired from Warnaco. Laura enjoyed sewing and crocheting, but especially loving her annual trips to Hawaii with her husband Bill and later to Florida with her son Bill. Survivors include her devoted sons, Bill Price and his wife Debbie of Derby, and Michael Price of Georgia, cherished grandchildren, William Price, Michael (Val) Wendland, Sheri (Chris) Mueller, great-grandchildren, Joseph, Ethan, Samantha, Rebecca, Angelena, Lyla, Emme, Piper, and Ava, great great-Grandchildren Connor, Saleen and Arabella. Special Niece Virginia Fortin, several nieces and nephews and her special "Pal" Tom Wendland, who kept her smiling. Laura was joined in paradise 3 hours later by her Vistana roommate Kathy Vaught whom she adored. In addition to her beloved husband parents, Laura was pre-deceased by her brothers, Robert, Roland and Joseph Fortin, grandson, Bryan Wendland, and granddaughter-in-law, Laura Price.

Visitation from 4-7 pm on Friday, January 19, 2024, in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford. Prayer service at 5:45 p.m. Interment will be private.
