Keith Allan Baylen, age 61, of Stratford, passed away on November 28, 2017 in his home. Keith was born on August 12, 1956 in Chicago, Illinois, beloved son of the late Sheldon and Marion (Hedbug) Baylen and has been an area resident for the last seventeen years. He was a Chef and Consultant for several restaurants in the Fairfield and New Haven County areas, most recently at Mattabessett Canoe Club in Middletown. Survivors include his long time beloved companion, Marcella Iacono, his children, Ryan, Carissa, Rachel and Randy, 2 stepchildren, Michael and Nina, 8 grandchildren, a brother Steve and several nieces and nephews. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Tuesday, December 5 ^th at 10a.m. meeting directly at Holy Name of Jesus Church 1950 Barnum Avenue Stratford. All other services and interment will be private. Funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home-Stratford.
