Katherine Pcolka, age 91 of Stratford, the beloved widow of Stephen G. Pcolka passed away Friday, July 27, 2018 in Bridgeport Hospital.   Katherine who was retired from AVCO –Lycoming where she worked in the engineering department, was born in Bridgeport to the late Peter and Alexandra (Kaszyk) Fomenko and has been a life-long Stratford resident. She is survived by several nieces and nephews and 7 Godchildren. Katherine was predeceased by her brothers, Jacob and John Fomenko and sisters, Ann Garlinski, Helen Etheridge, Mary Brister. and Vera Peebles. Private funeral services and interment will take place on Wednesday August 1, 2018. The Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford has been entrusted with the arrangements.
