– Judith Anne Zyla Potok, age 64, of Trumbull, passed away on Tuesday, December 6, 2005 in Bridgeport Hospital. Born in New Haven, to the late Walter and Caretha Brages Zyla, she was a lifelong area resident. She was a retired meat department manager at Stop and Shop and was the widow of Paul Potok. Survivors include her beloved son Paul Potok Jr. of Trumbull; two daughters Laura Buhlmann and her husband Richard of Monroe and Deborah Matthews and her husband Joseph of Monroe; six grandchildren Christopher, Scott and Jay Buhlmann and Kyle, Brooke and Taylor Matthews; a brother James Zyla of Derby and a sister Jeanne Tichy of Hanover, PA and several nieces and nephews. She was pre-deceased by a brother Robert Zyla. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 8:15 A.M. in the Adzima Funeral Home, 50 Paradise Green Place, Stratford and at 9:00 A.M. in St John the Baptist Carpatho-Russian Orthodox Church, Bridgeport. Interment will be in St John's Cemetery, Stratford. Friends may call on Friday from 4-8 P.M. Panachida will be at 4:30 P.M.
