John H. (JACK) Roscoe Jr. age 57 of Stratford, beloved husband of MaryAnn Fedak Roscoe passed away suddenly on Friday February 25, 2011. Jack was born in Bridgeport on December 14, 1953 to the late John H. Roscoe Sr. and Mary DeSilvestro Roscoe and had been a life long area resident. He was a hard working and honest guy who enjoyed doing landscaping projects and was a general "fixer upper". Most of all he enjoyed being with his family. Survivors in addition to his beloved wife of 35 years include his cherished sons John Michael, Justin Paul and Anthony Joseph Roscoe, also left to cherish his memory are his father and mother-in-law Gene and Martha Fedak, in-laws Cliff and Jean Lydiksen and their children, and Michael Fedak, a special niece Theresa Massaro, his siblings John Hovanec, Anthony Hovanec, Barbara Mandell, Jeannette Caserta, and Darlene Kennedy and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents he was pre-deceased by a brother Ronald Roscoe and sister Marie Hovanec Friends may greet his family on Tuesday March 1st from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. A prayer service will take place at 6:30 p.m. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers those desiring may make donations to a charity of choice in Jack's memory.
