John F. Bizak, age 85, of Stratford, died peacefully with his family by his side on Monday August 1, 2005 in St. Vincent's Medical Center Bridgeport. Mr. Bizak, a WW # II Veteran of the U.S. Army was born in Bridgeport to the late John M. and Anna (Timchak) Bizak and has been a life long area resident. He was a retired production foreman at Remington Arms with 39 years of service. Survivors include his beloved wife Helen Danilowicz Bizak, his daughter Helen Krysynski and her husband Donald of Trumbull, 3 sons John W. Bizak and his wife Susan of Stratford, Thomas Bizak of Stratford and James Bizak and his wife Donna of Stratford, 2 granddaughters Kara Justo and her husband Robert of Orange and Dana Krysynski of Trumbull and her fiancé Louis Christos of Danbury. 2 grandsons James and Matthew Bizak both of Stratford and 2 great-granddaughters Amelia and Alexandra Justo of Orange, 3 sisters Mary Milano of Fairfield, Dorothy Lesak of Stratford, Patricia Secchioroli of Stratford and several nieces and nephews. He was pre-deceased by 2 sisters Anna Lazurek and Helen Constantino. Funeral services will take place on Friday August 5th at 10:45 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford and at 11:30 a.m. in Our Lady of Grace Church Stratford for a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment with full Military Honors will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford. Friends may call on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. The family wishes to thank the wonderful nurses at St. Vincent's who took care of John, especially 7 South and S.I.C.U.
