Joan C. Vidoli Samoncik Nacinovich age 74 of Orange, formerly of Shelton and Meriden, the widow of Richard Samoncik, passed away on Sunday January 30, 2011 in her home. Joan, a retired receptionist for ASCOMM was born in Barre, Vermont to the late Sidney and Hazel Vidoli and was a graduate of Spaulding High School in Vermont and has been a long time area resident. Survivors include her devoted children Jeffrey Samoncik of Orange, and Sandra Samoncik and her husband Ralph Lockman of Meriden, 2 cherished grandchildren Madison and Jack Samoncik, a brother Larry Vidoli of Burlington, MA and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her beloved husband Richard and her parents she was pre-deceased by Paul Nacinovich. Funeral services will take place on Friday February 4th at 10:30 a.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. Interment will be in St. John's Cemetery Stratford.
