Jeanie Pommarath, age 43, of Bridgeport, beloved wife of Kevin Matyasovszky, passed away peacefully on February 25, 2026. Jeanie was born in Jamaica Queens. New York, on May 20, 1982, beloved daughter of Youn Phommarath and the late Khamkeung Phommarath and has been a local resident for most of her life. She was a graduate of Central High School, class of 2000 and was a manager for Windsor Fashions of Trumbull.

Survivors in addition to her beloved husband and mother, include her cherished son, Madden, brothers, Soudara (Diana), and Mounthala (Elizabeth), mother-in-law, Dawn Matyasovszky, brothers-in-law, John (Jeannette) and Keith (Karisma) and sister-in-law, Melissa (Brian), nieces and nephews, Ariana, Justin, Anneliese, Peyton, Isabella, Donavan, Mikayla, Kealey, Adriana, Alexandria, and Keith Jr., a special cousin, Ricky Thavykane, and her lifelong best friend, Taishaly Lebron. In addition to her father, Jeanie was pre-deceased by her beloved daughter, Keylyn and father-in-law, John.

Visitation on Wednesday, March 4th from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, with a prayer service at 6:45 p.m. Interment will be private.
