Jason John Morales, age 21, of West Haven formerly of Stratford passed away on Thursday, May 22, 2008 in St. Vincent's Medical Center. Born in Bridgeport to Maribel Hernandez Polanco and the late Robert Morales he has been a lifelong area resident. He attended St. Augustine Regional Catholic School and graduated from Notre Dame of Fairfield High School and was recently attending Housatonic Community College. He was employed by K Force working for the Affinion Group as a Computer Support Tech. He was a member of the Wallingford Post Office softball team and the Park City Custom Car Club. Survivors include his beloved mother Maribel Hernandez Polanco and his stepfather Ruben Rafael Polanco of Stratford; his "brothers" Francisco R. Medina of Deltona, FL. and T. James Agosto of Bridgeport; stepbrothers Sal Alamo Jr. of Orlando, FL. and Shaun Polanco of FT. Lauderdale, FL.; a stepsister Bianca Polanco of Orlando, FL. His paternal grandparents John and Alida Morales of Oviedo, FL.; his maternal grandparents Herminio Hernandez and his wife Miguelina Diaz of Bayamon, Puerto Rico and his step-grandparents Socrates Polanco and his wife Myriam of Anasco, Puerto Rico and Altagracia Urrutia of Bronx, NY and his girlfriend Jennifer Lynn Rodriguez of Bridgeport; many aunts, uncles and cousins. He was predeceased by his father Robert Morales. Funeral services will take place on Tuesday, May 27, 2008 at 10:00 am in St. Augustine Cathedral Bridgeport with a Mass of Christian Burial. Interment will be in Mt Grove of Easton Cemetery. Friends may call on Sunday from 3-7 pm and Monday from 6-9 pm in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford.
