Jason John Benisch, of Stratford Connecticut, after a long illness died of heart failure Tuesday Nov. 18 at the age of 43. Jason is preceded in death by his parents, Charles and Nancy Benisch, formerly of Manhasset, NY. He is survived by his wife, Sarah Benisch, and their daughter Olivia of Stratford; his daughter Jacquline Benisch; his sister Joanne Preisser, and his and two brothers, Christopher and Eric Benisch. Jason was a construction manager in the New York City area and Connecticut for a number of years. Jason had a big heart and was very generous whether he was paying 20 dollars for a cup of lemonade at a neighborhood stand, donating turkeys to the local football team for their holiday lunch, or supporting a community program for women's self-defense training. He also thought it important to contribute to his daughter's school. Jason was a kind soul, was loved dearly, and will be missed. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated on Friday, December 5th at 10:30 in St. James Church 2070 Main Street Stratford, CT. All other services and interment will be private and have been entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford, CT.
