James R. Filowicz, age 75 of Shelton passed away on Thursday January 25, 2007 in Ludlow Health Care Center, Fairfield. Mr. Filowicz, a Veteran of the U.S. Army and Air Force during the Korean Conflict, was born in Bridgeport and has been a life long area resident. He was a graduate of Housatonic Community College and the University of New Haven. He was retired from the U.S. Government Department of Defense Quality Assurance He is survived by his beloved sister Rita Zamfino of Bridgeport. Funeral services and interment were private and entrusted to the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford.
