Jacqueline (Jackie) Skopp Johnson, age 56, of Shelton, passed away suddenly on November 20, 2017 in her home. Jackie was born on August 8, 1961 in Bridgeport, daughter of the late John P. and Frances (Krasiejko) Skopp and has been a life long area resident. She was a graduate of Notre Dame High School, Fairfield Class of 1980.   Her employment included working various positions at St. Vincent's Medical Center.   She also worked as a childcare provider, as a certified nursing assistant and most recently as a driver.   Jackie loved to bake and cook.   Some of her hobbies included sewing, jewelry -making and gardening. Survivors include her devoted sons, Gunnar Johnson and companion Shelby Lanese, Gus Johnson and his fiancé Victoria Giannitti, both of Derby and Matthew Johnson and his wife Nancy of Ansonia, 2 cherished grandchildren, Matthew Jr. and Greenlee, a brother, John Skopp and his wife Elizabeth of Orange, and 3 sisters, Deborah Yacovelli and her husband Paul of Shelton, Jill Heyse and her husband Jeff of Florida, and Dana Wirth and her husband Steve of Shelton, and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Jackie was pre-deceased by her granddaughters, Lilly Rose Johnson and Nyah Marcano. Friends may greet Jackie's family on Monday, November 27 ^th from 4-7 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. A prayer service will be held at 6:30 p.m. Interment will be private.
