Irene Chisarik Hultman, age 77, of Bridgeport, passed away on August 8, 2018 in St. Vincent's MC, Bridgeport. Irene was born in Bridgeport on April 6, 1941 to the late Michael and Mary (Kubik) Chisarik and has been a life long area resident. She was a graduate of Central High School and was retired from the King Corporation, Fairfield. Survivors include her long time companion, John Yakowicz and his children, her brother, Michael Chisarik, and several cousins. Irene's family would like to thank the staff of St. Vincent's Medical Center 7 South for their kind and loving care. Friends may greet Irene's family on Monday, August 13 ^th from 11 a.m. –12 p.m. in the Adzima Funeral Home 50 Paradise Green Place Stratford. A prayer service will take place at 12p.m. Interment will be private.
